Blackberg LP is a Delaware limited partnership marketed to investors as an asset management vehicle. Its general partner is Alexey Ruzaev. Across five investors, at least $430,126 is documented as unpaid. Two civil actions are open in New York and Florida, and a claim by multiple investors is in JAMS arbitration — while the fund continues to solicit new capital through a live website.
Five investors. Every figure comes from a signed agreement, a written acknowledgement from the partnership, or a filing on a public court docket. Nothing is estimated, rounded up, or inferred.
Three of these figures are floors, not final numbers. Entry E uses the bottom of a pleaded band. Entry D counts one missed instalment, not the full settlement, which is not public. Interest, costs and the additional 10% the fund itself promised to accrue are excluded. Accounts from further investors have been reported but are not included, because they are not yet tied to a document anyone can check.
Eight entries. Click any one to open it. Contributors appear by letter only — no names, no contact details. Entries drawn from official filings carry the case or company number so you can pull the file yourself.
Funds wired 8 May; the partnership issued a written deposit confirmation on 12 May 2025. Negotiated terms capped portfolio drawdown at 7% of AUM and obliged the fund, once that ceiling was breached, to offer either a buyout at current AUM or a documented exit strategy. Neither was offered.
After a withdrawal demand in October, the fund issued an account closure letter fixing the amount payable at $25,775, then executed a settlement agreement with a firm payment date of 28 March 2026. The release was drafted to take effect only on receipt of funds — so no release ever took effect.
Deadline passed. No payment received. Debt acknowledged in writing twice.Executed on the same assignment form, signed by the general partner in his individual capacity as Assignor. Exhibit B specifies a principal of $70,000, a fixed 8% dividend payable in full within ten business days of the three-month term ending, a 0% management fee and a 0% performance fee.
Term ran to completion. Principal and dividend not returned.A four-month lock-up ran to 28 December 2025, at the end of which the principal plus a fixed 15% dividend — $3,750 — was payable within five business days. The fund confirmed that obligation by email. Neither sum was transferred, and repeated demands went unanswered.
Not returned. Claim filed in JAMS arbitration, Ref. 5425005342.The NYSCEF docket records a package received 1 December 2025 — a Summons, a Notice of Motion for Summary Judgment in Lieu of Complaint, a supporting affirmation, exhibits, a memorandum of law, an RJI and a Commercial Division addendum.
Correspondence on the docket records a settlement agreement entered in June 2025 and a formal notice that the first payment of $250,000, due 31 July 2025, was not made — triggering a fifteen-day cure period and, failing that, entry of a signed Confession of Judgment.
Open. The full settlement figure is not public; only this instalment is on the record.Defendants: Alexey Ruzaev, Blackberg LP and Meshera Mineral Trading Inc, before Judge B. Butchko. Filed under Contracts and indebtedness. Three causes of action pleaded; remedies sought include monetary and punitive damages. Summonses issued to all three defendants during November 2025. State case number 132025CA02221101GE01.
Open. Retrievable from the Miami-Dade Clerk's online case search.Incorporated in England and Wales, registered at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ — one officer, no resignations, the director appointed on the date of incorporation. Registered activities under SIC 46140, 46520, 46620 and 46900 are all forms of wholesale trade, not asset management. First accounts are not due until 27 May 2028. The registered office is one of the most heavily used company-formation addresses in the UK.
This company has no trading history, no filed accounts, and no allegation of any kind against it. Nothing here asserts otherwise and it contributes nothing to the figures above. It is listed because the register shows a common directorship.
Active. Verifiable at Companies House under 17424107.A second website marketing the same partnership operates at macrofund.live, separately from blackberglp.com. It carries "© 2026 Blackberg, LP" in the footer, gives the same New York address at 165 Broadway, Suite 2301, and names Alexey Ruzaev as General Partner with an @blackberglp.com contact address. It offers an investor portal login, a "Request Investor Access" form and a "Request the PPM" button, and switches between English and Russian. It is live while the amounts in Entries A to E remain unpaid and two civil actions remain open.
The home page headline reads +6931% total return since 2017, with a claim of eight consecutive years of positive net performance. The footer of the same page reads EST. NOV 2020. See Entry H — the site's own regulation page gives a date of first sale of January 2021.
Live and accepting enquiries. Archived copies preserved.Blackberg LP publishes a "Regulation & Compliance" page summarising what it describes as its SEC Form D filing of record. Two lines on that page matter more than anything else on the site.
First: the issuer's previous name is given as Meshera Mineral Trading Inc. — the entity separately named as a co-defendant alongside Alexey Ruzaev and Blackberg LP in the Florida action in Entry E. The link between the two names is made by the fund itself, not by this page.
Second: the page states a date of first sale of 20 January 2021 and a year of incorporation of 23 November 2020. The same website's home page claims a total return of 6,931% since 2017 and eight consecutive years of positive performance. Both statements are published by the same fund on the same domain. They cannot both be true.
The page also publishes commercial terms that do not match the fund's own signed contracts: a 20% performance allocation where Exhibit B in Entry B specifies 0%, and a 12-month lock-up where Entries B and C run three and four months. The stated $500,000 minimum carries an express carve-out — the General Partner "reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to accept subscriptions in lesser amounts."
Other figures published there and open to verification: an aggregate net asset value range of $5,000,001–$25,000,000, an industry group of "Pooled Investment Fund — Hedge Fund", Rule 506(b) reliance with a Section 3(c)(1) exclusion, no registration under the 1940 Act, and three named prime brokers with addresses and telephone numbers — Interactive Brokers LLC, JP Morgan Chase and Fidelity Investments.
This record does not assert that any of these figures is false. It records that they are published, that several cannot be reconciled with the fund's own corporate record and signed contracts, and that no audited financial statements have ever been produced to support any of them. The CIK and the prime broker relationships can each be checked directly by anyone considering an investment.
Published by the fund. Verify the CIK on SEC EDGAR before acting on anything stated there.Four names, all verifiable in official registers or court filings.
The general partner signs correspondence variously as Founder & CEO and Managing Partner. In the assignment instruments he appears personally as Assignor — contracting in his individual capacity, not solely as the partnership's representative. Those instruments state he held 55.43% of the partnership interests prior to assignments.
In a limited partnership the general partner bears personal, unlimited liability for partnership obligations. Dissolution or insolvency of the partnership does not discharge the general partner personally. This is a structural feature of the form, not a claim about any individual.
Named as co-defendant alongside Alexey Ruzaev and Blackberg LP in Miami-Dade County case 2025-022211-CA-01, filed 10 November 2025. Summonses were issued to all three defendants during November 2025.
Separately, Blackberg LP's own regulation page at macrofund.live states that Meshera Mineral Trading Inc was the issuer's previous name. See Entry H.
A second marketing website for the same partnership, separate from blackberglp.com. It carries "© 2026 Blackberg, LP" in the footer, gives the same 165 Broadway address, names Alexey Ruzaev as General Partner, and offers an investor portal, a "Request the PPM" button and an English/Russian toggle. Its performance, inception and regulatory claims are set out in Entries G and H, with the points on which they cannot be reconciled.
Different principals, different percentages, different lock-up lengths. The same assignment form, the same general partner, the same outcome.
Each was executed on the same Assignment of Partnership Interest form, assigning a slice of the same general partner's stated 55.43% holding, with individually negotiated terms attached as an exhibit. In every case the term ran to completion and the principal was not returned.
Where explanations came in writing, they arrived in sequence — each one replacing the last.
Throughout, NAV calculations, audited financial statements, partnership books and tax documentation were requested and not produced — while the partnership simultaneously relied on a NAV figure it declined to disclose.
| Claimed | What the record shows |
|---|---|
| Operating history "nearly 6 years" (2025 proposal) | Formed 23 November 2020 — four years and five months as of May 2025. |
| "+6931% since 2017", eight consecutive positive years | The fund's own regulation page gives a date of first sale of 20 January 2021. |
| Minimum $500,000 | $25,000 accepted, under a clause allowing lesser amounts at sole discretion. |
| Performance allocation 20% | Exhibit B in Entry B specifies 0% performance fee. |
| Lock-up 12 months | Entries B and C run three and four months. |
The partnership interest is expressly described in the assignment agreement as "restricted securities" under Rule 144 of the Securities Act of 1933. By the partnership's own documents, what was sold was a security.
One investor's account also appears on two consumer platforms. These are the same account in other venues, not separate independent reports.
Both links are the same person's account. This page does not present them as independent corroboration and no reader should read them that way. The corroboration here comes from the court and company registers, which anyone can check without relying on this page at all.

At least $430,126 across five investors, all of it traceable to a primary source.
$130,125 is fixed by signed agreements and written acknowledgements. A further claim is pleaded in Florida in the $50,001–$75,000 band, and a $250,000 settlement payment is recorded on the New York docket as having fallen due on 31 July 2025 and not been made.
The real figure is higher. Interest, costs and the additional 10% the fund itself promised to accrue are excluded, and accounts from further investors have been reported but are not included because they are not yet tied to a document anyone can check.

Regulators and attorneys general generally do not litigate on behalf of individual investors. Filing puts conduct on their radar; it does not recover money. Private proceedings remain the recovery mechanism.
